Materials Needed:

• Metal Bottle Trap with Pop-Up (Click) Drain
• Thread seal tape (optional, to reinforce the seal)
• Adjustable wrench (if needed for final adjustments)
• Bucket or dry cloth (to catch any water splashes)

Step-by-Step Installation:

1- Shut Off the Water Supply

• Before starting the installation, close the water shut-off valve to prevent leaks.

2- Install the Pop-Up (Click) Drain

• Remove the drain from the packaging and separate the parts.
• Insert the upper part of the drain into the hole in the sink or basin.
• From underneath the sink, screw on the base of the drain, making sure it fits firmly.
• If needed, wrap thread seal tape around the drain thread to reinforce the seal.
• Hand-tighten until firmly in place, with no play.

3- Connect the Trap to the Sink or Basin Drain

• Screw the upper end of the trap onto the pop-up drain. Make sure it is firmly attached.
• Adjust the height of the trap to suit the existing plumbing.
• Screw the other end of the trap onto the waste outlet in the wall, making sure it is well sealed.

4- Test the Operation

• Open the water supply valve and press the pop-up drain to test opening and closing.
• Let the water run and check for leaks at the connections.
• If you notice any leaks, readjust the connections and use thread seal tape to reinforce the seal.

Extra Tips:

• Do not force the fittings – The metal thread can be damaged if overtightened.
• Check for leaks during the first few days – If you notice any dripping, unscrew and readjust.
